The futon bed is best suited for children. -Pink room: main entry level, 1 queen size bed -Orange room: main entry level, 1 queen size bed, private bathroom **The pink room will have to share a bathroom, the easiest one to share with will be the orange room since they're on the same level Other sleeping areas: Both living room couches can be expanded to turn into sleeping areas

Other Details to Note

Each of the 3 bedrooms except the pink room has a privately attached bathroom. There are no common area bathrooms. This home is over 50 years old and captures the charm of rustic Santa Fe with a slightly modern take. Because of that, temperatures can range throughout the house. To help with this, all common areas and every bedroom have their own heating and cooling units, with the exception of the pink room. That room, the hallway, and laundry room can sometimes get a little chilly or warm. There is a space heater in that room and with the door closed it stays perfectly warm. Socks will be a very good idea as most of the floors in the house are either tile or wood. Guests are also allowed to use the fireplaces if they bring firewood. In the winter months (Nov - Mar), 4-wheel drive with snow tires is recommended. There is a steep hill getting up to the property and it can be difficult for regular vehicles when there's snow or ice on the road. Please note we do not have a towing service and will not be able to give refunds for cars unable to make it up the hill. In the mountains, it’s natural to encounter some of nature’s little visitors from time to time. While we have a regular pest control service in place, an occasional bug or mouse may still find its way inside. This is simply part of mountain living and not a reflection of cleanliness, we take great care in keeping our home fresh and well-maintained. Please always keep doors closed to avoid letting anything in. Please rinse off before and after hot tub use. Lotion and chemicals can cause the water to get cloudy quickly by changing the PH and cleansing chemicals can cause skin irritation, especially for children. Our party was very happy with our experience. The game room and outdoor area were enjoyed by all (ages 8-14 and adults). I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a quiet getaway located a short drive home downtown Santa Fe.

Very responsive and helpful. House was clean. Layout was a little odd as to no bathroom outside of a bedroom but space was very accommodating. Kitchen was cool and retro. Our group had a great time and place was nice and fit our needs well.

We had a great stay! Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, and the pre-stay recommendations were especially helpful from the host. The space worked really well for our group of four and felt comfortable throughout our stay. One thing to note for future guests: there isn’t a communal bathroom, which was clearly stated in the listing but is worth calling out, as it may not work for all groups. There are also quite a few stairs, so it’s not the most accessible option — again, accurately described in the listing. The house has so much quirky character but some parts could use a refresh (outlets/electric, heaters). That said, we absolutely loved the hot tub (which was clean and easy to use) & other amenities and the communication alone made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we’d happily recommend & stay again!

Our stay here was excellent. We came for a long weekend ski trip and this place had everything we could have asked for. It was a beautiful location with plenty of room and amenities. It was close to an excellent skiing location while also close to Santa Fe giving many options for things to do. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the area!
